Your collection is private, not a public profile or marketplace listing. Access is limited to your account and authorized service operations. Hide dollar values when someone is nearby. Read how your information is handled.
Where do prices come from?
Supported sports-card lookups use sale records; TCG / Pokémon lookups use provider price estimates. Coverage depends on the exact item, printing, grade and condition. Sources and available dates accompany results. Prices are estimates, not guaranteed sale proceeds.
No usable price or a technical failure restores your lookup allowance. Cached prices and catalog matching are free to reopen. For items without supported pricing, enter your own value or import a compatible CSV.
How accurate is a scan?
A scan suggests details for you to confirm. Add a clear front, back or label photo where possible. Scanning does not authenticate or grade an item, and a price estimate is not an appraisal. Free includes 10 introductory scans shared across cards and other supported collectibles.
What does Pro’s Collection Review include?
Collection Review covers sports cards and TCG / Pokémon. Set your priorities with My Strategy, then receive a detailed review of your collection’s strengths, gaps and next steps. Includes one review every seven days in each supported card collection. Reopen saved reviews anytime.
Reviews do not refresh prices or change your holdings.
Can I refresh values with a CSV?
Use a supported export or our import template. Matching holdings receive updated values; existing purchase details and notes stay in place, and holdings absent from the file are kept. Daily and repeat same-day updates are supported, subject to file, processing and account limits.
Can I export my collection or cancel?
Download a holdings backup from your collection, or a CSV from Portfolio updates or a dated report package. Where paid billing is enabled, choose Cancel renewal in Plan & billing. Your paid plan continues through its current period; cancellation does not delete your collection. Contact us for account or data-deletion requests. Paid checkout is currently closed during the beta.
What happens after I request access?
Create an account, verify your email and request your preferred plan. Beta access is reviewed before your collection workspace opens. You can sign back in to check the request; submitting it does not start a paid subscription.
