Bring your collection with you

Manual entry and compatible CSV imports do not use scans or price lookups. Use the template or a supported export, check the preview and confirm it before saving.

TCG / Pokémon and other-collectible imports support up to 1,000 rows in one CSV or XLSX sheet under 1 MB. Very detailed files may need smaller batches. You can pause and continue. After reopening, choose the same file and value date to recover saved progress.

Matching holdings receive imported values; existing purchase details and notes are preserved. Held values remain protected, and holdings absent from the file are kept. Repeat updates as often as you need, including on the same day, subject to file and processing limits.

Scans and price lookups

Free includes 10 introductory scans total across supported categories, with no monthly reset. Essentials includes 100 scans and 100 supported price lookups per month; Pro includes 500 of each. The two allowances are separate and shared across categories: 50 memorabilia scans and 50 card scans use 100 scans.

Paid allowances reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. One collector per account; no account sharing. A successful recognition uses one scan. Failed or unreadable scans do not count, and retrying the same completed request does not count twice.

A fresh lookup uses allowance only when it delivers usable pricing. Empty or unusable results and technical failures restore the allowance. Catalog matching, cached prices and applying saved price evidence do not use another lookup. Separate service rate limits still protect against repeated requests, so a refunded lookup may require a wait before retrying.

Weekly reviews

Pro includes My Strategy and one Collection Review every seven days in each supported card collection: sports cards and TCG / Pokémon. Reviews explain strengths, gaps and practical next steps. They do not change holdings or refresh prices. Memorabilia and other supported collectibles receive Pro’s added capacity, without a strategy review.
