We use account details, collection records, photos, purchase details, values and preferences to provide the features you request. We also use service and security records to operate the platform. Saved collections, reports and analysis are available to authorized accounts and experts assigned access.

How information is handled

Service providers support hosting, storage, sign-in, AI recognition and analysis, collectible research and payments. They receive the account, photo, collection or transaction information needed for those services. Price and identity lookups use item details and search terms; these lookups do not require sending your purchase cost.

Payment details entered at checkout are handled by the payment provider. We retain transaction references and subscription status to manage your account. External links and remotely hosted images connect your browser to the relevant third-party service.

Some reports are processed in a separate reporting system. Report, recovery and backup copies may be retained separately from the website and are included when we review a deletion request.

Your privacy choices

Use Privacy preferences to choose whether to allow optional visit and page-error measurement. Consented measurement may be associated with your signed-in account. Declining it does not disable sign-in, essential security records, collection storage or processing needed for features you request.

Records and requests

We retain collection history, saved reports and supporting records to explain past results. Retention periods vary by record type; there is no single automatic deletion period for all records and backups.

You can download your holdings and reports. Contact us to request a broader export, correction, account closure or deletion review. We verify your identity and review relevant records across our services and backups. Closing account access does not by itself erase every copy. We will explain any retained records or unfinished deletion steps.
